RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At EXO-EDC, we stand behind the mechanical precision and craftsmanship of our titanium hardware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Must be requested within 30 days of parcel delivery.
• Must be in its original, unused condition, free from scratches, wear, or disassembly.
• Must include all original packaging, hardware components, and accessories.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit or exhibits manufacturing defects, contact us immediately at yaqiao2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Process & Shipping:
To initiate a return, contact our support team at yaqiao2026@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return authorization and instructions. 
• For non-defective returns (e.g., buyer remorse or change of mind), return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
